Rocky Anderson, mayor of Salt Lake City, is issuing a challenge to every mayor in America: "Who will step it up and put on the biggest and grandest event in the country?"� Rocky helped put together one of the biggest Step It Up rallies back in April featuring Los Lobos and now he's back in action to organize a huge rally this November 3rd.� Which city or town is going to meet his challenge?�
