Juxtapose the natural beauty of Kincaid Park, the incredible richness of Alaska Native culture with jumbo jets landing every sixty seconds at Ted Stevens International Aiport and Alaskan Native leader Larry Merculief's observation that knowledge without wisdom is valueless.
