The rain and winds came, but so did we!!! Although it was a small attendance, we took our pictures, spread the word, heard our leaders speak and played games to bring home the message that we can reduce the effects of global warming now! State Rep. Anne Gobi and David Eisanthal (running for selectman) attended in good spirits. Anne Gobi is committed to climate change by riding her bike and purchasing a scooter for commuting. She is a member of our state climate committee. David is planning on land preservation policy.
We had sack races, milk bottle rockets and a recycling obstacle course. Attendance may have been low but we had a great time!
