No one was there! I traveled into Philadelphia, walked around 5th and market and couldn't find anyone.

I was very disappointed.

Unfortunately I found out about the event only the night before by watching a special on pbs for otherwise i would have helped plan and run the event.

I have no idea why the event didn't take place. The only condition given that could cancel the demonstration was weather and while the sky was cloudy there was no rain, so that couldn't have been the issue.

Whoever was running this event should have at least made sure to post the cancellation online. Otherwise people make trips in vain, burn fuel in vain, emit carbon in vain. This lack of communication is rediculous and enough to stop people from joining our cause. I hope things change. This is already an issue not many people take to heart and mishaps like this just make it harder.
